Services such as Meta Ads Management, Performance Audits, and Strategy Consultations are based on time and expertise

Why Services Cannot Be Returned:

Time is Irreversible: Once I have spent hours auditing your ad account or consulting with you on a Zoom call, I cannot recover that time.
Intellectual Property: The strategic plans, audit reports, and ad account structures I build for you are consumed the moment they are delivered to you.
Therefore, once a service has been delivered or a consultation call has taken place, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Technical Issues & Access Problems

If you are attempting to “return” a purchase because you are having technical difficulties (e.g., you cannot log in to the LMS, a video isn’t playing, or a template file is corrupt), this is a support issue, not a return issue.
