Delivery Policy
Since I deal in digital education and high-level consulting, “Delivery” doesn’t mean shipping a box to your door. It means giving you access, clarity, and results. Here is exactly how I deliver value to you once you join my ecosystem.
1. For Meta Ads Masterclass Students
I have designed the enrollment process to be simple, but since I verify payments manually to keep the community secure, here is the exact timeline:
Step 1: Payment Verification
Once you submit your payment screenshot via the registration form, my team reviews it. Please allow up to 24 hours for this verification process
Step 2: Digital Delivery (The "Welcome Pack")
Upon successful verification, you will receive an official Welcome Email and a WhatsApp notification containing:
- Your LMS Login Credentials: Lifetime access to the portal where recordings and resources live
- The Live Session Link: A Zoom/Google Meet link for the scheduled workshop.
- Community Invitation: A private link to join our exclusive student group
Step 3: Live vs. Recorded Access
- Live Sessions: The Masterclass is delivered live to ensure interactive learning
- Recordings: If you miss the live slot, don’t worry. The HD recording is uploaded to your LMS dashboard within 24 hours after the session ends, ensuring you never miss a lesson
2. For Agency & Service Clients
When you hire me as your Growth Partner, I treat your business with architectural precision. I don’t believe in “black box” agencies where you don’t know what’s happening
Phase 1: Onboarding & Kickof
Immediately after the contract is signed and the retainer is cleared:
- I will send you a detailed Client Onboarding Google Form to collect your creative assets, brand guidelines, and account access
- We will schedule a Kickoff Call via Zoom to align on KPIs and strategy,.
Phase 2: Communication Ecosystem
You won’t have to chase me for updates. We will establish a dedicated communication channel suited to your workflow (typically WhatsApp, Slack, or Trello) where I provide regular updates on campaign progress and optimization notes
Phase 3: Transparent Reporting
I do not hide behind complex data or vanity metrics like “impressions” or “clicks.
- Weekly/Monthly Reports: I deliver interactive dashboards using Looker Studio or Google Sheets so you can see the numbers that matter: Real Revenue, ROAS, and Cost Per Acquisition
- Video Walkthroughs: For complex months, I provide a video breakdown explaining why numbers moved and what our next strategic move is.
