Welcome to Ahsan Mangal. Whether you are here to learn high-income skills through my Masterclass or hire me as your growth partner, these terms define our professional relationship. By using this website, purchasing my course, or hiring my services, you agree to the following terms
1. Intellectual Property (IP) & Usage Rights
Protecting the educational content you have built.
All content provided on this website and inside the Meta Ads Masterclass is the exclusive intellectual property of Ahsan Mangal. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Video Recordings: Live session replays and LMS tutorials.
- Written Assets: Slide decks, PDF guides, cheat sheets, and strategy templates.
- Community Content: Discussions and resources shared inside the Private Student Community.
Your License:
- Personal Use Only: When you purchase the Masterclass, you are granted a single-user license. You may use these strategies to grow your own business or your clients' businesses
- No Sharing or Reselling: You are strictly prohibited from sharing your LMS login credentials, downloading videos to distribute, or reselling my materials as your own.
- Zero Tolerance: If my system detects suspicious login activity (e.g., logging in from multiple IP addresses significantly far apart) or content theft, your access will be terminated immediately without a refund, and legal action may be taken.
2. Client Obligations (For Service Agreements)
Ensuring clients understand that results require partnership.
When you hire me for Meta Ads Management, Audits, or Funnel Building, successful results depend on our collaboration
- Creative Assets & Approvals: As a performance marketer, I rely on data and creative. I expect clients to provide necessary high-quality images/videos and timely approvals on ad copy. I cannot be held responsible for campaign delays caused by a lack of assets or slow communication
- Payment of Ad Spend: You acknowledge that Ad Spend is separate from my Service Fee. You are responsible for paying media costs directly to the ad platform (Meta) via your attached payment method. I am not liable for ads pausing due to declined payments on your card.
- Honesty & Transparency: I work best with partners who care about profit. You agree to provide accurate data regarding your sales and revenue so I can optimize your ROAS effectively
3. Third-Party Tools & Platforms
Disclaimer regarding the platforms you use.
My services and education rely on third-party platforms. While I am an expert in navigating them, I do not own them.
- Platform Policies: I use and recommend tools including Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Hotjar, Looker Studio, and Zapier. By using my services, you agree to comply with the Terms of Service of these platforms.
- Ad Account Bans: I strictly follow Meta’s advertising policies. However, Meta’s algorithms can sometimes flag accounts erroneously. While I will do my best to appeal and rectify such issues, I am not liable for permanent ad account bans or lost revenue resulting from platform-side decisions.
4. Payment & Billing

Access is granted only after the full one-time payment of Rs. 1,999 is verified
Services
All service retainers and audit fees are billed in advance. Work on your ad account will commence only after the invoice is cleared.

While I focus on “Real Numbers and Real Revenue”, marketing is influenced by external market factors. I do not guarantee specific revenue figures, but I do guarantee that every strategy implemented is data backed and designed for growth.
